Prairie TownCouncil records for Saskatchewan towns, villages and RMs

Bill 43, done by email.

Council and committee minutes and financial statements must be online by September 1, 2027, and every bylaw in force by September 1, 2028: free to read and download, and kept up five years.

  1. Email them in. PDFs, Word files or photos of paper, to your community’s own records address.
  2. We sort them. Each document’s kind, date and number, read for you, and signatures taken off. You check, and post with one tap.
  3. They’re online. On your community’s page, free for anyone, searchable, and kept at least five years. We remind you after council meets.

Free for every office: official notices to residents by email and on their phones, your subscriber list, resident verification and staff accounts. Signing in turns them on.

$499a year for one municipality
$749a year for a town and its RM, one administrator

Price locked for three years, plus GST and PST. Invoiced yearly; pay by e-Transfer, bank transfer or cheque. Stop any time; what’s posted stays up.
